About the studio
A neighborhood yoga studio in Loveland.

Good Juju Yoga opened with a simple idea: a yoga class should feel like the best part of someone's week. Not a workout to survive. Not a performance to measure. A practice to come back to.
I'm trained in Ghosh Yoga, a traditional lineage of Hatha Yoga rooted in strength, breath, and steady, therapeutic practice. Alongside Ghosh and Hatha, I also teach a Flow class for days when you want to move a little more. Because Hatha and Ghosh are strength-focused, you don't need to be flexible to start — keep practicing and both strength and flexibility will grow together.
Classes are unhurried and clearly cued. Beginners find their footing here. Long-time practitioners find a quiet place to keep their practice honest. Everyone gets met where they are.
We're new to Loveland, and we're building this studio one class at a time — with the people who walk through the door.
